Pavetek’s road profilers can cut or mill out a variety of surfaces, including asphalt, concrete, crush rock and dry clay. They are ideal for the accurate and efficient cutting of material within a couple of mm tolerance, without disturbing the base.

Profilers from Pavetek Road Services:
- Remove failed asphalt layers
- Remove pavements to prepare for full road re-construction and rehabilitation
- Remove asphalt layers in various thicknesses as per required specifications along kerbs, the entire street, paths, or roads for preparation for re-sheeting

Pavetek Road Services Road Profilers are available in various sizes for a variety of uses, and for cutting various pavement types. They are highly efficient, saving time and cost.
- W35 has a 350mm drum and can cut up to 100mm deep in one pass; it is able to cut asphalt and concrete pavements. W35 is used for cutting around pits, valves, chases, and smaller areas where the larger machines are unable to cut.
- W105 has a 1 meter cutting drum and can cut 300mm deep in one pass; it is able to cut asphalt and concrete pavements.
- W2000 has a 2 meter cutting drum and can cut 300mm deep in one pass; it is able to cut asphalt and concrete pavements.
- Simex skid steer profiler has a 450mm wide cutting drum, this is also ideal for cutting around pits, confined and cramped spaces where our larger machines will not fit.
